Contemplative Prayer

In Contemplative Prayer our morning starts with a short prayer from Scripture called Lectio Divina, which means “Divine Reading.” In Lectio Divina, we slowly revisit the same sacred text four times, in the hopes of recognizing a truth or an insight that is specifically meant for us. Lectio Divina leads us into the quiet stillness of contemplative prayer. The total time in prayer is about 25 minutes. Twice a month, we hear a short, recorded presentation after the prayer, and the program ends by 11am. 

Attend as your schedule allows, and please arrive a few minutes early to be settled by 9:30am. Please reach out with any questions.
