Ultreya Group –  A Spanish word derived from Latin meaning “Onward,” the Ultreya group is an important part of Cursillo, a Lay Movement in the Catholic Church with Spiritual Advisement recognized by the Vatican. Their mission is to bring Christians together to share their lives witnessing piety, study, and Christian action. Members, called Cursillistas, help each other live a life in grace that is conscious, growing, and shared. Their Spiritual Advisor in our Diocese appointed by Bishop Zubik is Father Tom Galvin.
